The call to religious life. . .
Each of us has a call as baptized Christians to use our gifts and talents in the service of others. Some do this as single women, others do this through marriage and some are called to religious life. The process of discernment in which a person prays for guidance and wisdom helps in understanding what God may be asking of you. Discernment requires that you have a relationship with God and desire to know God’s plan for you. During this process you hear with your heart and become more aware of what is happening with you emotionally, intellectually, physically and spiritually. Discernment is a process in which you become familiar with how God speaks to you.
If you feel called to religious life or would like to know more about the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Vocation Director will respond to your interest. She is a Sister who will be able to meet or talk with you, give you information and help you understand where God may be calling you in the future.
